Validity Period

Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your original purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refund or exchange options.

Eligibility for Returns

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the condition you received it – unworn, unwashed, and unused. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our standards for resale. You will receive an email notification detailing the status of your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Your refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically apply to your original payment method. The timeframe for the credit to appear in your account may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.

Issues with Refunds

In case you have not received your refund within a reasonable period after it has been processed, please take the following steps:

  • Verify your bank account again to ensure the refund has yet to be credited.
  • Contact your credit card company. Your refund may take some time to reflect in your account.

Refunds for Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Guidelines

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items, especially those of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@xodocollection.com, and we will provide you with the appropriate return address and additional instructions.
